Wunderkind Language Return & Refund Policy
* Invoiced Purchases:
Shipments initiated with a purchase order followed by an invoice cannot be returned for a refund.
*Online Store Purchases:
Items ordered through our online store can be returned under the following terms: The request to return an item for a refund must be initiated with an email to [email protected]. The email request for a refund must be sent within 15 days of your order’s delivery and include a copy of your receipt.
The shipping cost for online store returns are paid by the customer. The refund will be processed after the returned order has been delivered to us at 77 Coventry Court, Voorheesville, NY 12186. Initiated returns that are not delivered back to us will not be honored.
*Missing or damaged items:
If an item in your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing from your delivered order, we apologize for this. We do our best to send your items in protected packaging and take care to be sure all your items are included in your shipment. Despite best efforts, we will make the occasional error, or a shipment may be mishandled and arrive in poor condition. If an item is missing from your order or an item in your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible, explaining the problem with your order (what was missing or damaged) and a picture, if applicable, showing item(s) that arrived damaged. We want to remedy the problem as quickly as possible, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We will review the request and respond to your email with a resolution. Missing and damaged item(s) will be replaced and shipped at no cost to the customer. In the email, please also include your name or school name, and a copy of the receipt (online store) or original purchase order (schools) and a copy of the packing slip.
